How it works

Clarni works alongside your existing tools; it is not a replacement for your task tracker, email, or documents.

What Clarni is and is not

Clarni is designed to keep your work data on your own device, encrypted, with cloud AI only if you explicitly choose it. Nothing you capture is sent to an AI provider until you trigger an AI action and have opted in to a cloud provider. The scope of what would be sent is shown before you submit.

The boundary at every step

AI-suggested commitments and tasks are proposals you review first; Clarni does not silently assign obligations. Each proposal carries a source excerpt, and you confirm it.

Decisions and commitments

No. Drafts are yours to edit. Clarni is designed so nothing is sent to an email, chat, or document system without your explicit confirmation immediately before it happens.

Local by default. Cloud providers are optional and used only on your explicit choice. No provider is named here because support depends on tested compatibility.

Assistants you already use are intended to read only the project context you choose to share, and can only propose changes that you then review.

Assistant access

This website collects only what you submit in the early-access request and the minimal technical data needed to run and protect the site; it is separate from what the future desktop app may store or process. The privacy page is the single source for website collection facts.

Privacy

Not yet. Clarni is in development. No app is available to try right now, and no date is promised. A request is not a guarantee of access, of a date, or of a ready-to-use app.

Clarni is being built as a desktop app for Windows, macOS, and Linux. This is not a statement that a build is available.

Syncing between devices is optional and is not part of the first version.
