Two separate things are described here: what this website collects, and what the future desktop product is designed to do with your work data. They are kept apart on purpose.

What is collected when you visit, and what will be collected when you request early access.
- When you visit
The pages are static files. The hosting provider processes the technical data needed to serve them and protect them from abuse, such as your IP address and request logs. This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Only what you enter in the form: your work email, what best describes your work if you choose to share it, and your consent confirmation. Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 (encrypted at rest) and kept for up to 90 days. They are reviewed only by Clarni maintainers using scoped database access tokens; we never share or sell them to third-party marketing services. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies requests to prevent automated abuse, and rate limits use salted IP hashes without storing plain IP addresses.

The Clarni desktop product (future)
This part describes planned behaviour of a product that is in development. It is written as design intent, not as something you can use today.
Clarni is designed to keep your work data on your own device, encrypted, with cloud AI only if you explicitly choose it.Status: Planned
Nothing you capture is sent to an AI provider until you trigger an AI action and have opted in to a cloud provider.Status: Planned
Clarni is designed so nothing is sent to an email, chat, or document system without your explicit confirmation immediately before it happens.Status: Planned
In the future app, product analytics are off by default and only collected with your separate, revocable consent.Status: Planned
Choosing a cloud AI provider means the content you select for that action is sent to that provider. The app is designed to show that scope before you submit.
