Work moves through conversations. The record of it does not keep up.
Decisions and promises are made in calls and threads, then scattered across notes, memory, and tools. Nobody can say with confidence what is current or where the proof is.
An independent consultant finishes the third client call of the week. Two decisions and one promise were made. By Friday they live in memory, a notes file, and a thread nobody re-reads.
A studio lead runs several projects at once. Each has a current state, but it sits in different heads, so status is chased instead of checked.
A founder-operator agrees to a change with a partner on a call. Weeks later the two sides remember it differently, and nobody can point to where it was said.
The cost is not the note-taking. It is that the people who were in the room cannot show what was agreed, and the people who were not have nothing to check.

- No. Notes and transcripts are an input. The product is the current state of decisions, commitments, tasks, and risks, with the proof behind each one. Clarni turns conversations and artifacts into decisions, commitments, tasks, and risks that each point back to their source.
